Wisconsin Cheese is a nonprofit organization that is funded by Wisconsin’s dairy farmers to help promote over 600 varieties, types and styles of Wisconsin cheese and the other dairy products. For every 100 pounds of milk produced, 10 cents goes into the dairy board to promote cheese.

  1. I’d like to try a sampler of different cheese. I like wine, cheese and crackers as a meal sometimes.

  2. The Brie is the best cheese option for my needs, I use this frequently as part of a Sunday Brunch Fruit plate.

  7. I’ve never heard of some of the varieties before, a couple I would like to try are the BellaVitano, Butterkäse, Mozzarella……,

  9. Eeek! Like everything? One thing that I would definitely LOVE to try is the Gouda. I’m a huge fan of Gouda and love trying all sorts of brands that make it. 😀

  54. There are a few I see that I would love to try…the Havarti, the Gouda/Monterrey Blend, the Emmentaler (I have never had that cheese before) and id also like to try the Lacy Swiss.
