Let’s face it, eating healthy sometimes isn’t easy. As much as we don’t want to admit it, we eat out more than we should with our crazy schedules, and sometimes just being too tired to cook after a stressful day. This can make getting in our daily fruits and vegetables harder, which is especially important since both of us are trying to lose weight. My biggest problem, however, is that so many of the frozen or quick meals that contain plenty of vegetables that I’ve tried are a bit on the nasty side – never mind containing so much salt it can easily give me a migraine. Just as I was about to research different meal programs or freezer meals, I was approached by a new, vegan friendly program that delivers yummy meals straight to your home – FreshnLean. Once our first meals arrived via Fedex, I couldn’t wait to get started!

FreshnLean: Overall
Honestly, I had a lot of fun eating these meals and experimenting with a vegan lifestyle. I had wonderful meals like Mixed Berry Chia Pudding, Rosemary Summer Zucchini Pilaf, and Sesame Cauliflower Fried Rice. To my surprise, these meals were not only delicious, they were low calorie, and tasted yummy. While some of the dishes were quite spicy, others had a lot of powerful flavor. My favorite, hands down, was the Sesame Cauliflower Fried Rice. While it really didn’t taste like any fried rice I ever had, it had a wonderful spicy flavor and a great texture, making it a very enjoyable lunch. As well, they were all super easy to make – just put it in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes and you are done! With our great experience, I could easily see ordering these meals again. My only complaint is that some of the meals’ spices & seasonings did taste very similar (but not bad). Based on our own experience, I am happy to give FreshnLean an A rating.

It would be so nice to have meals delivered right to you. I’m afraid though I would waste a lot. They look very good and nutritious.

I have heard of meals being delivered and have always been curious about it. Actually it’s on my bucket list. Like the other companies it’s menu sounds delicious and something I would want to try. I don’t mind spicy food as long as it’s not too hot.

Wow, you know who would benefit from this? My stepson who is in graduate school. He’s a vegan but can not cook at all. It’s hard!

This looks great. I didn’t see soy listed in what I read of the ingredients, so even I could and would eat this. Vegan, non-gmo, nothing fake–the way I eat. As long as it is soy-free, this would be perfect for me!

Glad to see a vegan meal delivery service. Vegan options can be very limited. Not a fan of spicy food, so I’d probably go with the ala carte option.

Most of us don’t eat enough fruits and vegetables.I know I don’t. I think twenty eight dollars per day, unless I misread that, is pretty steep.

Hi how are you today, doing well I hope? I know I may have said this before but “Thank You So Much for Posting Options f, and or Vegetarians or Vegans!” I am kind of a Vegetarian but on rare occasions I do eat some Seafood & Chicken but it is hard to give up meat completely and I do need the Protein sometimes! I have always Loved my Veggies though so it’s nice to have options like these, so Thanks for this post! Have a Blessed Day! Thanks, Jana

I have a relative who is vegan, this might be a good option for when they visit, rather than trying to figure out what to make for two different sets of people!
