Like many other women, I worry about the chemicals used in my home and how those chemicals may very well effect the health of my family. As I’ve said before, after learning about many of the chemicals in traditional cleaners, I was quite horrified about what my husband and I (and our animals) were breathing. To say the last, we very quickly changed to primarily natural, safer cleaners. The problem with many of these cleaners, however, is that they are quite pricey, leading to us looking for green cleaners that are the best value for the money. One of my favorite brands of cleaners know is actually one of those best little known secrets – Substainable Earth by Staples brand.

This alcohol- and ammonia-free cleaner is one of the best green glass cleaners on the market. The no streak formula is perfect for mirrors, windows, or just about any glass surface. Personally, I think this is one of the best glass cleaners on the market since it doesn’t streak and doesn’t have the horrible smell of many other (green or otherwise) glass cleaners. Based on my own experience with this product, I am delighted to give the Substainable Earth by Staples Glass Cleaner an A+ rating!
Substainable Earth by Staples: Multi-Purpose Cleaner
Looking for a green, All Purpose Cleaner that is perfect for any mess without still using all natural ingredients? If so, we think you will love the Substainable Earth by Staples All Purpose Cleaner. This unscented cleaner is great for cleaning any water washable surface and has a neutral pH. As well, it is ammonia and phosphate free. When I first used this cleaner, I was impressed that it was great at cleaning up just about any mess in my house. I use this for cleaning up odd areas in our house, including bathroom counters and dirty office equipment. Not only does it do a great job cleaning, but is fairly inexpensive, costing only $3.99 for a 32 oz bottle. So far, I am delighted with the All Purpose Cleaner and am happy to give it an A rating.
Substainable Earth by Staples: Cleaning Wipes
Need to do some quick last minute cleaning? Make cleaning easy with the Substainable Earth by Staples Multipurpose Cleaning Wipes. These wipes are great at cleaning just about anything, including phones, cabinets, door handles, and even sticky messes on toys. I have found that these are perfect go-to wipes and are better than the non-green wipes sold by other brands.
