For the streusel:
1 c brown sugar, packed
¾ c all-purpose flour
1-½ t cinnamon
1 stick + 1 T COLD butter
- Add ingredients to a medium/large mixing bowl. Using your hands, mix all ingredients until crumbly. Be careful not to overmix or you’ll lose the pebble-sized crumbs!
For the cake:
2 c self-rising flour
1 c sugar
1/3 c butter, softened
1 c whole milk
1 egg
