Erll it has almost everything I have heard that is really good for your skin thts fr sure! I always forget to take supplements, no clue why. I also dont know if this is something you would have to start at say 30 or it heps when youre old. Now if I had to start in my 20s or 30s or 40s or 50s I would be a mess.
I need this. I was taking biotin but ran out of it. Just the name, tangerine twist, makes me want to try it. My hair is pretty thin. A couple years ago I developed alopca arete. (spelling?) Anyways, the patchy areas did grow back but my hair is a lot thinner now.
I have tried some of their items but not this one yet. I would love to give it a try. It sounds good.

I 100% agree about most of them tasting terrible. Its one of the reasons I refuse to drink most protein and health shakes. I thought this one is tasty and I”m super picky!
