I will freely admit, sometimes it is difficult finding the perfect gift for someone who has everything. As one of my little sisters has gotten older, it isn’t as easy to find great gifts for her, especially ones that we think will make her truly light up. In a way, I miss the days when I could pick something based on her favorite cartoon, anime, or just Hello Kitty, but those days passed a long time ago. Lucky for me, as she has gotten older, she has been all about comic books, giving me some great options. Since one of my little sister’s favorite characters is Harley Quinn, we chose the Warner Brothers Batman “Harley Queen” Woven Tapestry Throw for our review. After seeing the design of this blanket on the Northwest Company website, I knew my little sister would love it. Once the blanket arrived though, I have to admit, I considered ordering one of these blankets for myself. It not only looks great, but is very high quality. It is rare that you see a usable tapestry-style blanket that is thick enough to be warm, and something that someone would be proud to display in their home. I could easily see her displaying this blanket in her apartment or just using it around the house to stay warm during the winter. After seeing one of these blankets first hand and seeing their fantastic prices, I know we now have the perfect gift for just about anyone in our family. Based on our own experience, we are delighted to give the Northwest Company Blankets an A+ rating!

I always have a blanket with me. I’m cold year round. I would pass on these though. I tend to like solid colors or a very simple print.I can see how young children may like these.

My youngest sister is a huge fan of the DC Comics villainess, ‘Harley Quinn’, and this would make for a wonderful surprise.
