Are you having a hard time remembering to eat fruits and vegetables? How about encouraging your kids to eat them? Â If you are trying to lose weight, this is a crucial part of every diet, especially if you are wanting to make lifestyle changes. Knowing that all of us need a place to start, I thought you would enjoy this adorable free printable. For each fruit or veggie you eat a day mark off one of the apples. As well, make sure to make a note if you are having it in soup, a smoothie, or just as a yummy snack! If you would like to be adventurous, there is an area where you can put new fruits and vegetables you have tried, encouraging you to try new things. Also, don’t forget, those that write down the foods they eat have been shown to lose more weight and eat healthier than those who don’t, so make sure you are keeping track of all your calories and your food.
We hope you enjoy this cute printable. If you would like a large version, make sure to click on the image to get the full size!

This is really nice, a great idea. It shows you in plain sight if you’ve got them or not! Sometimes you think you’ve eaten more fruits and veggies than you really have!

What a great tool for the whole family. My daughter & I don’t always get to eat together or don’t always want the same things to eat. So this is a great way for us to keep track of our healthy eating 🙂

I love this! I used to never have a problem with my kids eating fruits and veggies. In the last 6 months, I am having trouble getting my kids to eat their fruits and veggies, especially the veggies. They like to eat apples and bananas. They love all types of berries. Go ahead and try to get them to eat the veggies they once loved like broccoli and green beans. I will print this and give it a try. If they don’t go for it right away then I may have to add a prize of some sort at the end of the week. Great idea, thanks for sharing.

I love this idea! It would be great for my grand daughter who is very picky about fruits and vegetables, but I would use it too, to help me keep track of whether I’m getting in all my servings each day.
