Do you love urban fantasy? I will freely admit, I adore it and love getting my hands on new books in this genre. While it can sometimes be done poorly, it is amazing when you find a good author who creates an interesting world, and weaves a tale that keeps you begging for more. With the holidays being here, I have been stressed and looking for a good book to keep me occupied. This is why when I was asked to review J Abram Barneck’s latest book, Fire Light, I was pretty excited. As you can guess, I was very happy to download this book to my Kindle and get reading!
Fire Light: What It’s About
Jake, our main character, has always known he was different, but didn’t realize how different until he was all of a sudden targeted for being part of a society he didn’t even know existed, never mind a member of said society. Now, with the help of his mentor, one of the last druids – unfortunately for him a dud when it comes to magic – must help him protect himself and his family. Will he be able to survive the nightwalker, an obsidian skinned creature wanting his blood, or figure out his love life?

I'ut mym not much of a reader, although it does sound really good, but my friend in the nursing home loves to read. I think she would really enjoy this book. I'm going to check it out in the morning. Thanks for letting me know.
