While I don’t wear a lot of makeup, I am very picky about the type of makeup I wear. I only use makeup that is natural and perfect for people that have sensitive skin like me. Normally, the only makeup I wear on a regular basis is lipstick or lip gloss. The problem is that there aren’t that many places that make quality lip gloss that looks great, works for sensitive skin, and is easy to put on. Recently, I found out that one of my favorite companies makes a full line of lip and beauty products – Burt’s Bees! When they asked me if I wanted to review a variety of their products, I knew I couldn’t say no!

Burt’s Bees Cosmetics: Overall
Before this review, I was already a big fan of the Burt’s Bees brand. I have used their hand cream for years and consider it one of the only moisturizers worth using during the winter months. While I have used it for years, I had never actually used any of their makeup or cosmetics. For my review I tested out their facial cleansing towelettes, tinted lip balms, chap stick, and lip gloss. These products not only went on smoothly, but looked absolutely amazing. I personally hate the heavy feel of most lip glosses, but these felt and looked great with my other makeup. Best of all, the colors are gorgeous! A girl could easily find the perfect color to go with just about anything. Based on my own experience with these products so far, I am delighted to give Burt’s Bees cosmetics and makeup line an A+ rating!

I started using Burts Bees products in high school (many moons ago), loved their lip balms, always felt good about using them. Now that I’m older and have a family of my own, I trust Burt Bees to be safe for everyone I care for. Love that Burts Bees offers cosmetics for me to use, I know they are high quality and won’t harm my body. I don’t like lip products that are too bright, or unnatural looking, these are just perfect. I too am quite sensitive to certain makeup..especially like foundations..I can only use certain ones because certain ones make my eyes water constantly so apparently Im allergic to what they put in them..I found Loreal products are great & provide the coverage I need now. Im not a spring chicken anymore, lol..so a bit of extra coverage makes me feel more comfortable with my skins appearance..but I also found that even certain liquid makeups they make bother me., so I tend to stick to the one I dont get a reaction from…its the same with certain eye liners as well..Now when I was younger it didnt seem to bother me as much..I was a cover girl makeup person than..not anymore..not enough coverage & reactions to it..so I would really like to know how this all natural product Burts Bees holds up. I guess I will have to try it to find out myself since you didnt try the liquid makeup out..I appreciate the information though as I didnt know they sold a line of cosmetics…
I love Burt’s Bees and we have used the lip balm for a long time, I have also used the lip balm on winter chapped hands and I really need to look around and find the hand lotion, but it is a great product. Thank you for this review and reminding me of the importance of skin care.

I have always heard good comments about Burts Bees Cosmetics. However, I have not tried their cosmetics. I think their brand new lip crayons would be a product I would like to try.
I tried other well known brands of lip balm and they didn’t work until I found Burt’s Bees brand and I love it,it doesn’t dry out my lips and it really works!

I absolutely love the tinted lip balm! I use the Red Dahlia and it’s the perfect color. Plus, it keeps my lips super smooth.
I like that Burt’s Bees has finally come up with tinted lip balms. I have been using Burt’s Bees for years too, and cannot wait to see what colors are available so that my lips can look healthy and fashionable at the same time!
I love Burts Bees products! I have only tried their lipgloss and chap stick though! I would love to try their lotion and face wash! I have sensitive skin too and this brand is perfect for that!

I am also a huge fan of BB products! I absolutely love a smooth lip gloss…I can’t stand sticky ones.
I loveeee Burts Bees skincare, especially their Intense Hydration Eye Cream with Clary Sage and all of their Radiance line. I’ve yet to try any lip products from the brand but would imagine I’d love them just as much as the skincare.
I love that they are natural(at least the one I had before) The colors are so pretty!!
I’ve only ever used a couple of burts bee’s products but I was just amazed by each of them. Their facial lotion is amazing and so is their chap stick. I’m sure their other products of a great quality too!

I love Burt’s Bees! I first tried them because I ran across a bunch of the sample sizes in a clearance bin at CVS for ten cents each. I grabbed a couple of every product that they had. I tried them all & I’ve stuck with most of them.
I’ve always loved Burt’s Bees and love the convenience of being able to purchase the items at Target.

I love Burt’s Bees! My Mom uses oxygen & can’t use balms with petroleum bases (they cause blisters when mixed with oxygen.) So, Burt’s Bees is great for her!
I just recently got one of their lip glosses, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I love it! It’s really pigmented and they have a great selection of colors for them.

I can remember when Burts Bees was first introduced to this area. It was, then, just lip balm. It was a product that could be trusted with the delicate skin of my children and now, my grand-children! Back then, it seemed that the only places to buy it was in specialty shops! Now they are into makeup!
I love Burt’s Bees products! I used to use their honey lip balm and I LOVED it…it kept my lips soft and moisturized without drying them out. I loved the smell and even the taste. I’ve been wanting to try their tinted lip products for a while now…there’s nothing better than all natural!

I love Burts Bees and have used their products for quite a few years! Their chapstick is the only one that relieves my sore dry cracked lips in winter !

I Love Burt’s Bees Products! It’s the Only Type of Chap Stick I Use; I Love the Pepper Mint Oil in it! I also Use Burt’s Bees Facial Line; I use their Gel Cleanser, Toner, & Moisturizer! I Love how Well it Works on my Dry, Sensitive Skin and I also Love how Affordable it is! I also Use Burt’s Bees Products b/c they don’t Test their Products on Animals; that’s Very Important to me! I’ve used Burt’s bees lotions, hand salves, chapsticks, for years and I love them. Although I’ve never tried their makeup before.My favorite is the lip shimmer.
Burts Bees has been around a very long time. Their full line of skin and beauty care is trusted to be all natural. I love their lotion line and have not had the chance to try their lip line yet.
I am a huge Burt’s Bee’s fan, LOVE all of their products. I have never tried any of their makeup like this though.

I’ve always loved Burt’s Bees chapstick! I really want to try the lip gloss and color now! I moved to Colorado where there is a dry climate, and I always have chapstick in my pocket! I look forward to trying the gloss for a more formal look when I put on make up! And I love that their products are all natural!

I absolutely love Burt’s Bees products! I use my tinted lip balm everyday!!! My favorite product from Burt’s Bees was there Mama Bee belly butter. I used it when I was pregnant with both my kids. The best!

My daughter is addicted to Burts bees original chap stick. No kidding, it’s so bad that she has even found an AA (or should we say BB Meeting for her addiction) I know its not really funny, but she is worse than a smoker having the shakes when they can’t find a lighter! I can’t tell you how many times she has ramshaked the house looking for her lost Burts bees! So when I need something for my lips, of course we always have Burts bees around the house and it does do a great job.

I adore Burt’s bees ! Ive loved there lip products for years and when I was pregnant I used Burt’s bees mama bee belly balm and I swaer by that stuff .. I swear.. Well I’m pretty sure that’s the reason I didn’t get a single stretch mark ! Then once I gave birth .. I used the line of Burt’s bees baby products and they were all amazing ! I would be so happy to win this ! I love Burt’s bee’s so much and swear by there products! people have told me I should be a spokesperson for Burt’s bees !

I do use plenty of Burt’s Bees Products and shop for them in drugstores or on-line. I especially love the lip products and the lotions. All of their products are super though.
Honestly I have only ever used the chapstick. I hardly wear make up any more, but I like to have a little bit of color on my lips & cheeks. I will definitely look twice next time I purchase “make up”.

Burts Bees Lip Shimmer is one of my go-to’s for casual occasions and travel. I also like the Burts Bees spot treatment for acne which is good for help overnight and during the day under moisturizer. I know several lifeguards who wear the lip balms with SPF.

I haven’t seen or tried these new lip crayons, but they look like a better alternative to other kinds and brands of lip sticks. I really like Burt’s Bees products mostly because I feel safe using their products and also because of the quality. I only use companies’ products that never test on animals and are cruelty free. I love Burts Bees products! I love their hand cream and their lip balm, but have never tried their lip gloss! My husband and I have their acne spot treatment as well, for those times when a single, large, pimple shows up! I love that all of their products are all natural and work amazing!
My daughter has very sensitive skin and has to be really careful – especially with her facial products. She can use any of Burt’s Bees products – gotta love that!
