As someone who knew just a few basics about essential oils, I have to say I truly love this book. While I used essential oils only to relax before, I had never considered some of the things presented by the author. What I love the most is the variety of different essential oil recipes includes to help you with a variety of issues, including headaches and congestion. As well, the book teaches you about the variety of different essential oils, diffusers, and different methods of using essential oils around your home (delivering them using a traditional diffuser, plug-in, etc). Overall, I consider Aromatherapy with Essential Oil Diffusers: For Everyday Health and Wellness a must for anyone wanting to learn about essential oils and use them more in their own home to make their lives better!

I definitely want to try aromatherapy with essential oils! As someone with a chronic condition (Rheumatoid Arthritis) there are a lot of symptoms that I can treat using oils. This book is definitely on my wish list now, thanks for sharing! 🙂

I just started getting into essential oils. Peppermint oil certainly helps with my breathing when I am sick or when I am exercising. I am excited to learn about the benefits of other oils.

This sounds like a good book to have. I’ve been thinking about getting a diffuser. I use some lavender essential oil mixed with water in a spritzer. But it doesn’t give a continual benefit, but even with the spritzer, I notice a difference.
