Apple Chai Vanilla Pancake Recipe

These delicious Apple Chai Vanilla pancakes are the perfect mix of apple spice and delicious fresh apples

Ingredients

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon allspice

2 eggs

1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) melted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup strong brewed chai tea

3/4 cup Milk

1 medium apple, diced

Instructions

  1. Add the flour, baking powder, brown sugar, cinnamon, and allspice to a large mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
  2. Add the chai tea, eggs, melted butter, Bolthouse Farms drink, and vanilla extract to the mixing bowl and beat with a wire whisk until smooth.
  3. Add the diced apple to the batter and stir to combine.
  4. Spray a large skillet with non-stick cooking spray and preheat the skillet on the stovetop over medium heat.
  5. Drop ¼ cup portions of batter onto the preheated skillet and allow them to cook for about two minutes or until golden brown. Flip the pancakes and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  6. Serve warm, topped with maple syrup and whipped cream.
