Arnica is great stuff, don’t let anyone tell you different. I have some Zim’s Crack Cream which is amazing. I’d imagine that their other products are good too.
I should try this. I’m not a very active person (lazy) but, when I decide to do something, I overdo it. I had a cherry tree that was attracting too many Japanese beetles. I got it in y head to take it out. I did and boy was I sore.

I am interested in the crack cream. My hands get so bad in the Winter with all the dishes I do and then having to go out in the cold to run errands. My hands get so dry and cracked that they bleed and then they sting when I put lotions on. This product looks like it would help.
