Can you believe that Ash Wednesday is tomorrow? Honestly, I was quite surprised when I found out myself, and even more when I realized that this means that Easter is going to be super early this year. Of course, this means that fish season is officially upon us, with fast food places everywhere trying to temp us with fish to appease religious needs. Unfortunately, this fish is usually tasteless, overpriced, and you don’t even want to know the total calories in that quick fish dinner. Personally, I skip this route and go to making yummy fish dishes at home that don’t just taste but, but cost only a fraction of what I can get at a restaurant.
My only problem is that I am not very creative when it comes to fish recipes. It isn’t that I don’t want to experiment, it is more habit since these are the dishes I have made for years. This year, I decided to come out of my comfort zone and experiment with some new, delicious fish recipes that I thought my husband and I would both enjoy. Below, you will find 75 delicious fish recipes from many bloggers you may know and love. Feel free to tell us what you think in the comments below!

Thanks for the posting of 75 Delightful Fish Recipes! I was shocked too to find out that It’s Ash Wednesday already! I checked out the Freezer Fish Bites and they are made with Cod. We are not big fish eaters at all! The best we do here is Tuna Fish, Fish Sticks or Strips, and my husband likes Crab Cakes. I can’t take that fishy taste! I have had Baked Flounder and liked that as well. Thanks so much for sharing this posting 75 Delightful Fish Recipes with all of us! Even though I really didn’t find anything that my family will actually eat, I do appreciate it! Thanks again! Michele 🙂

I love fish as long as it’s very mild, white and flaky. Grilled tuna steaks are a favorite if, as I’ve said, the color is solid and it’s not gamey at all.
