Are you struggling to find the perfect gift for someone this Valentine’s Day? While roses and chocolate may be good for some couples, they aren’t exactly the best for those of us who are married or just wanting something unique and special. It is especially confusing for my husband and me, since our anniversary and Valentine’s Day both are pretty close together, leaving us wanting to do something cute and special for the holiday, but not spending a great deal of money. Recently, we discovered the perfect treat that seemed perfect for people like us who want something special at home without the large price tag – the Dairy Queen Cupid Cake.
So, what make the Cupid Cake so unique? This limited edition, heart shape cake is perfect for two and inspired by the classic red velvet cake. What makes this 8 inch cake so unique is that this scrumptious layered, cream cheese based cake is made using Dairy Queen’s signature creamy vanilla soft serve and then has a rich, red velvet cake center. To say the least, this cake is make to make Valentine’s Day as sweet as possible.
Want to know the best part of the Dairy Queen Cupid Cake? This two person cake is starts at only $9.99! Now, we aren’t saying you don’t have to go with the roses and jewelry if that is your thing, but don’t forget you can make your special Valentine’s Day date even better with this cake or a with a Red Velvet Cake Blizzard. To find a Dairy Queen near you, make sure to check out their store locator here! Don’t forget that you can also order you cake online to make surprising your loved one even easier!

I never would of thought of DQ for Valentine’s but what a great idea. I know a few DQ fans that would just love this for Valentine’s day. Wish they offered a delivery service because that would be even better.

(Make Valentine’s Day Special with a Dairy Queen Cupid Cake) We had one of their icecream cakes years ago and it was really good. The whole family enjoyed it-
Amy Green says
This one is so pretty, I wish they made it the whole year round! Getting one next year for sure. Our only Dairy Queen is really far away from where we just moved to. Now when I think of red velvet, I laugh because of the new sitcom, “The Jim Gaffigan Show”. On it, his character has a weakness for red velvet, and so the soundtrack will begin to play the classic rock song, “Black Velvet” as a joke! So funny.
