I ran out of my biotin. That’s the one vitamin I try to take on a regular basis. Since I’ve been out, I’ve noticed that my hair is shedding a bit too much. Maybe I’ll try this.
I picked these up today. They actually don’t taste bad. Hopefully now my hair will quit falling out. This alopeca arete is annoying. After the hair falls out it does come back in but it’s pure white and thinner.
