As odd as this may sound, I love vegetarian cookbooks. For me, nothing is better than sitting down and have a nice meal made from organic fruits, vegetables, and spices. Best of all, these meals are fairly inexpensive for people like us who live on a budget, allowing us to have amazing, healthy food without a scary price tag. Recently, I had the opportunity to try reviewing a brand new e-cookbook that sounded truly amazing – the Plant Based Diet Cookbook Collection. Once this ebook arrived in my email I couldn’t wait to start looking for yummy recipes!

Best of all, all the recipes are healthy and indexed in a way that saves time by searching either for ingredients or a specific recipe. It also has readymade grocery lists to make shopping easier. With this books rich diet of wholesome grains, nuts, fruits, and vegetables, you will everything you need to eat healthier and potentially lose weight!
Plant Based Diet Cookbook Collection: Overall
So far, I have to say that I’m impressed with this cookbook. All the recipes are simple, easy to follow, and are made using ingredients you would typically find in your kitchen. I personally cannot wait to try the pumpkin bread featured in this cookbook. It has to be one of the simplest, healthiest versions of this recipe I have seen in a long time. While the formatting in the ebook may seem a bit odd sometimes, it is overall a high quality cookbook with beautiful pictures and delicious recipes. Based on our own experience, we are happy to give the Plant Based Diet Cookbook Collection an A rating.

This sounds like a good cookbook.The older I get the less meat I eat and having a plant based diet cookbook would be a big help.

I don’t eat nearly enough vegetables. I bought a vegetarian cookbook a few years ago and wasn’t impressed. I crave meat too much. I’m still trying to find some recipes to sneak in so I won’t miss it. This book may help.
