As someone who is constantly suffering from anxiety, it is hard for me to relax and let things go. This is one of the reasons why I love yoga. It allows me to relax and make my body feel amazing. Some of the things that make yoga even more fun, however, are the fun accessories and exercise tools you can add to your workout. Some of my personal favorites are rollers, especially textured ones. Since I was looking for a new one for our exercise room, I was delighted when I was asked to review the Gaiam’s Textured 12-Inch Foam Roller. Once it arrived, I couldn’t wait to get exercising!

Gaiam’s Textured 12-Inch Foam Roller: Overall

Out of all the yoga items I have tried, I love foam rollers. This texture roller is perfect for most yoga routines since it gives a nice mixture of both back support and comfort. After using this roller, my back felt better pretty quickly. For those who don’t have anyone to give them a quick massage at home, this simple tool can easily melt away stress, allowing you to relax and make your workout even more fun. Based on our own experience, we are happy to give the Gaiam’s Textured 12-Inch Foam Roller an A rating.
