With how much my husband and I travel, I think it is important that I continue to exercise while we are on the go. To keep doing my yoga and different exercise routines, I knew that meant I had to have a yoga mat that was capable of going with us just about anywhere. When it comes to yoga items, one brand has been trusted in the industry for a very long time – GAIAM. After doing a bit of research, I learned that they had their own line of eco-friendly products. As someone who loves eco-friendly products, I reached out to the company, which was happy to let me review their new GAIAM Banyan & bo Earth Saver Yoga Mat. Once it arrived, I couldn’t wait to get exercising!

I don’t have a Gaiam mat….i have a manduka. I’m not so sure that I will like it though. The first time I used it, I was sliding around the mat. You can’t yoga while sliding. Someone told me that I have to wash it and try to break it in. maybe??
Susan Bewley says
Yeah, it shouldn’t be sliding at all!
