Even though we are still slowly coming out of the recession, many of us are looking for new ways we can make money. Having had little knowledge about real estate before reading this book, I wasn’t for sure if it was going to be the right choice for my husband or myself. After doing a bit of reading, however, I learned that the author, Than Merrill, does a fantastic job making the topic very down to Earth and understandable for even those who barely deal with real estate. I even learned about a few things that could help us sell our own home faster when we are ready, giving us a great advantage. Based on my own experience with the book, I am happy to give The Real Estate Wholesaling Bible an A rating.
