As much as I may not want to admit it, I’m a klutz. I’m always hurting myself by banging into things, cutting myself accidentally, or just having gravity do all the hard work for me – tripping or dropping things is almost a daily occurrence. With me having more achy joints and little bruises, I was delighted when I was asked to review Buchulife Sports Gel. Having heard quite a bit about buchu extract and how it is an awesome natural medicine, I couldn’t wait to get started on this review!

So far, I am very impressed with Buchulife Sports Gel. After applying and massaging this cream on my right hand (which has a stress injury), I was impressed with just how quickly this stuff worked. While it isn’t instant pain relief, it does ease the pain and leave sore areas feeling even better. The best part, however, is the smell. It has a fresh mint-like scent that I think is very refreshing and relaxing. based on my own experience with Buchulife, I am happy to give their Buchulife Sports Gel an A rating.

We do not recommend using our Buchulife products during your pregnancy -as many studies suggest that the Buchu plant oil extract should NOT be consumed or applied on skin during pregnancy.

I do not play sports, but I have mild RA and am constantly suffering from sore joints. This product looks great because its natural, and has a mild, pleasant smell. I would definitely try it out.

For RA, we recommend trying our Infla-Active+ for a healthy inflammatory response to relieve joint pain. Also, complement Infla-Active+ with the Sport-Active+ topical gel for a more effective result.
