Is there anything better than spoiling yourself on a weekend out with your family? When we go to the mall, I am always tempted to buy those delicious Cinnamon and Sugar Pretzel bites sold in the food court. While they are tasty and smell heavenly, I usually can’t bring myself to pay those prices, especially for food that is far from healthy. Since I love trying to figure out recipes or make my own equivalent at home, I decided to give it a shot. Besides, what’s more fun than snuggling on the couch with a sweet treat while enjoying some awesome movies on Netflix?
To say the least, I was impressed with this delicious Cinnamon and Sugar Pretzel bites recipe and couldn’t wait to share it with everyone! These easy to make bites are great for a movie night, fancy dessert, or a great way to treat someone special in your life. If you try this recipe, just make sure to tell us how yours turned out, or if you have any improvements on the recipe. We love seeing what our readers think!

I’m very glad my husband had already left for the store when I saw this! We don’t have everything in the house to make them so I may be able to control the urge to try them for a little while longer!

It is an amazing coincidence this time as I was thinking of making something similar with my family secret recipe dipping sauce! The one’s of which to whom are going to enjoy these treats are the families at the RMH (Ronald McDonald House) or the extended family that has provided me support for the past few years! Though I intend to get the groceries needed for this recipe today; therein I will make these treats as a snack before bed!

I love Cinnabon’s pretzels, so making a healthier version at home sounds like it’s right up my alley! I like how these don’t require the deep-frying! It’s interesting that the bites are boiled in water, sort of like gnocchi! I’ll have to try this some time soon because I’ve been wanting to make a dessert-like snack that excludes cakes and cookies! Thanks for sharing!

You are so right about paying the high prices for a pretzel at the mall. They are definitely tempting though. I never would have thought about trying to make my own at home. I will have to try this sometime.
