While many people don’t talk about it, one of the hardest parts of losing weight and living a healthy lifestyle is breaking old habits. Thanks for the Calendar the idea of accountability it right. We must write our vision down so it will actually become more real. When I see something I am more able to accomplish it. And when it is on a calendar the people in your home will encourage you.
