How many of you struggle trying to find the perfect Halloween costume for your cat? When my kitty Lucie was younger, I tried finding a Halloween costume for her that was not only cute, but she wouldn’t mind wearing. After awhile, I eventually gave up and went with a little jester collar with bells, which really wasn’t too amazing. It was cute, don’t get me wrong, but it wasn’t what we were looking for – at all. Today, many more companies are starting to come out with costumes for cats, making life even easier for pet parents like us.
I especially love looking for Halloween costumes for the various cats in the family. While Lucie was never a fan of wearing clothes, some of the other cats in the family love dressing up. This is one of the reasons I am so excited that there are so many cute costumes today, especially patterns! Pinterest is filled with so many awesome cat costumes designed to make the Halloween experience amazing. It is also great seeing kids react to seeing their favorite kitty of the neighborhood dressed as some of their favorite characters (last year, we had one cat in the neighborhood dressed up as a minion, which was very cute!).

Very cute costumes. When I had a cat she would not STAND to have anything on her.
I am definitely a dog person. I feel cats have an evil look to them, but I did have a friend who had a super sweet and soft cat that for some reason did take a liking to me. That being said some cats are cute especially when I am looking at their pictures be in online or on a calendar. The groovy rasta cat did make me chuckle.

LOL I love the cat costume ideas! I have a huge Ragdoll and altho I LOVE the bus and the Mad Cow, Im hopeful hopeful he will at least let me do the Shark Week or the Candy Corn sweater!

Lol…some of these are just too cute it makes me giggle when seeing cats in costumes. I tried dressing my cat up well lets just say it didn’t go as planned and I was left with a scratch on my hand. But apparently my dog loves to get dressed up and nails painted. My pets are weirdos lol

This is absolutely hilarious and adorable. You always see and hear about people dressing up their dogs but not their cats. I strongly doubt my cat would even let me try to put her in a costume lol!!

Oh my goodness….those are the cutest cat Halloween costumes ever!!! My only other thought is how they got those cats to sit still and not tear off the costumes. My cats and dog have been wildly uncooperative with my costume efforts.
